01 / The reality
Skill is everywhere.Proof is scattered.
Filipino workers already find raket through posts, chats, referrals, and screenshots. The work is real, but its story disappears every time.
Skills-first project work for the Philippines
Maraming marunong.Hindi lang sila madaling makita.
Every day, Filipinos look for raket through Facebook posts, group chats, referrals, screenshots, and word of mouth.
Workers struggle to prove what they can do. Clients struggle to know who they can trust.
BAW! puts skills, proof, projects, and opportunities in one place.
